The Great British R&B Festival Colne – Lancashire
Play 2 All final Featured Event in lead up to the Directory Launch on September 1st is the iconic long established Colne Blues Festival which runs from Friday 23rd to Sunday 25th of August. It was while the project founder was covering this very event for the national press in 2023 that the idea & concept for the scheme first came about.
The Festival has evolved from a 2 stage beginning in 1990 to a huge event that now spreads throughout whole town of Colne with an array of Fringe venue activities as well as some of finest Main Stage acts on today’s Blues scene. It is organised by the Colne Blues Society along with Colne Town Council and all information can be found at Bluesfestival.co.uk & Play 2 All representatives will be in attendance throughout the weekend who look forward to meeting you all.
Delighted to have the Festival on board as such a wonderful example of the Play 2 All model, facilities & whole community ethos.

Gloucester Blues Festival 2024
Gloucester Blues Festival runs from Friday 19th July to Sunday 28th inclusive & features a whole host of acts including Will Killeen, James Oliver Band, Innes Siburn & one of UK’s most prolific troubadours, Mr Big Joe Bone (pictured) on 3 occasions.

All venues listed have seating facilities (outdoor shows own seating welcome) & are part of the City’s vibrant entertainment & hospitality network. The festival has run for as long as most can remember.
